DAX-Vergütungsberichte sind intransparent

Die Vergütungsberichte der DAX-Konzerne sind intransparent. Zwar wird die Höhe der Gehälter angegeben, es fehlen jedoch zahlreiche Angaben, um die Entstehung der Gehälter und die finanziellen Anreize der Vorstände nachvollziehen zu können. Besonders häufig fehlen Informationen zu Zielwerten und der Pay-for-Performance-Relation. Im Vergleich zu 2016 hat sich die Transparenz verbessert, ist 2017 dennoch auf keinem hohen Niveau. Nur bei zwei der 30 DAX-Konzerne können die Gehälter vollständig nachvollzogen werden.
